Returns & Refunds
What products are eligible for exchange/returns?
All the products are eligible for returns. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What if I need to exchange/cancel my order?
Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email contact@etehas.com After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
How does refund happen for COD orders?
For COD orders, we offer return and the amount is credited to your the bank account you'll share with us through email. Also, COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
